Best Practices for Promoting Engaged Student Learning

This conference is designed to bring educators and outstanding students together to connect in conversations about active learning and student engagement in higher education. Attendees are faculty, administrators, and students from the University System of Georgia and educational organizations throughout the United States. • Registration on or before March 15, 2019 – $275
• Registration after March 15, 2019 – $325
• Students – $75 Wednesday
• Students – $75 Thursday
• Students – $50 Friday

The conference registration fee includes all sessions and keynotes, refreshments, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and the social reception on Wednesday evening.

The Student Wednesday and Thursday registration of $75 includes all sessions and keynotes, refreshments, and lunch for the registered date, and the social reception on Wednesday evening.

The Student Friday registration of $50 includes the Friday sessions, refreshments, and lunch.

Student rates are reserved for students who attend to assist their instructor with the presentation or graduate students who are presenting a session. Faculty members who are also graduate students must register at the regular attendee rate.

Event Cancellation Policies:
(1) A cancellation received by 5:00 p.m. ET on or before Wednesday, April 3, 2019 will be refunded, minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter; substitutions will be allowed. (2) To change or cancel your registration, call (706) 542-7493, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. (3) If an event is cancelled for any reason, the UGA Center for Continuing Education and Hotel will not be responsible for any charges related to travel.

Hotel Cost:
You will be given the opportunity to make a hotel reservation as you proceed through the online registration process.
