17th International Conference on Remote Engineering and Virtual Instrumentation (REV 2020)
The REV is the annual conference of the International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE) together with the Global Online Laboratory Consortium (GOLC).
REV 2020 is the 17th in a series of annual events concerning the area of Online Engineering, Cyber-physical Systems and Internet of Things, including Remote Engineering & Virtual Instrumentation.
In a globally connected world, the interest in online collaboration, teleworking, remote services and other digital working environments is rapidly increasing. In response to that, the general objective of this conference is to contribute and discuss fundamentals, applications and experiences in the field of Online and Remote Engineering, Virtual Instrumentation and other related new technologies.

Registration Descriptions:
1a: Includes paper presentation, publication, and indexing. Includes welcome reception, conference gift set, coffee breaks, and lunch during conference program. NOTE: At least ONE presenting author MUST register by January 3, 2020, in order to include the paper in the conference program.
1b: Includes 1a plus one year IAOE membership
2: Authors who work and live in low-income countries. For the list of low income countries, visit The World Bank website.
3: Student fee for authors is only applicable if the paper was solely written by students. A confirmation about the student status of all authors from the university is necessary.
4: A student ID card is necessary at the registration desk.

8: Includes Participation at conference dinner. If booked, the cost of $70 will be automatically added to your registration fee.
Event Cancellation Policies:
(1) A cancellation received by 5:00 p.m. ET on or before February 18, 2020, will be refunded, minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter; substitutions will be allowed. (2) To change or cancel your registration, call (706) 542-7493, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. (3) If an event is cancelled for any reason, the UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel will not be responsible for any charges related to travel.
Hotel Cost: You will be given the opportunity to make a hotel reservation as you proceed through the online registration process.
