Please plan to check-in at Conference Registration between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 8, 2018. Attendance at all scheduled activities is required for graduation. When making travel arrangements, please plan to depart UGA no earlier than 1:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

Event Cancellation Policies:
(1) A cancellation received by 5:00 p.m. ET on or before June 1, 2018, will be refunded, minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter; substitutions will be allowed. (2) To change or cancel your registration, call (706) 542-7493, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. (3) If an event is cancelled for any reason, the UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel will not be responsible for any charges related to travel.
We have negotiated the following hotel rates at our host property, the Georgia Center. Utilizing the Georgia Center’s hotel for your overnight accommodations supports our event and allows us to continue to provide you with a quality program at a reasonable price.
The hotel has reserved different sized and priced hotel rooms for our group including classic rooms furnished with one queen bed on up to multi-roomed suites. Prices range from $114 – $429. All taxes and government fees applicable at the time of the event will be in addition to the rates noted above.
All rooms include complimentary WiFi as well as one parking pass, per room, per night. Photos and details on room types can be found on the UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel’s pages for Select Rooms, Classic Rooms, and Suites.
You will be given the opportunity to make a hotel reservation as you proceed through the online registration process.

After the block drops on May 9, 2018, please call (800) 884-1381 or (706) 542-2134 and request a hotel room in block code 85841. This block code will ensure that you get the group rate if there is still a hotel room available.
