12th Annual IMACS Conference

Nonlinear Evolution Equations and Wave Phenomena: Computation and Theory

The conference will focus on computational and theoretical aspects of nonlinear wave phenomena. Interdisciplinary aspects of the subject will be emphasized, as well as the interaction between computation, theory, and applications.

All persons planning to participate in the conference should register.

The basic registration fee is $395 if received by 4:00 pm on February 18, 2022, and includes a Book of Abstracts, an opening reception, and two refreshment breaks each conference day.

Registration fee for students is $275 if received by 4:00 p.m. on February 18, 2022 deadline.

A $75.00 late charge is assessed for registration fees received after the February 18, 2022 deadline.

Fee for banquet (Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.) is $50.

Event Cancellation Policies:
(1)A cancellation received by 5:00 pm ET on or before February 18, 2022 will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter; substitutions will be allowed. (2) To change or cancel your registration, call (706) 542-7493, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. (3) If the event is cancelled for any reason, The Georgia Center and the Conference will not be responsible for any charges related to travel.

Hotel Cost:
Room with one King or Queen Bed = $109/Night
Room with two Queen or Double Beds = $154/Night

Please use room group code 93809 when reserving a hotel room. The hotel block will drop on March 1, 2022. After this date, please call the Georgia Center to request a hotel room with block code 93809. If a room is available, you will receive the group rate.

Note, reserving a hotel room does not register you for the conference. Please use the red box titled REGISTER ONLINE to register for the conference.

Additionally, by registering for this conference it does not secure a hotel reservation and must be done separately if hotel stay is required.
