Tools for Managing Conflict and Facilitating Difficult Conversations

This session will provide tools to help participants create or maintain communities and work environments where people who have differences with each other can come together for the greater good.

  • Improve communication skills to specifically resolve conflict and tension with peers.
  • Understand how to approach a difficult situation or conversation.
  • Develop communication skills to address others who think differently.

Raye’s focus is on mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as dialogue. She is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of Georgia who has mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases in government institutions, court systems, corporations, and with private parties.
