Healthy on the Go

Many PSO faculty and staff members find themselves on the road and on the go a lot. Join us for a session of helpful hints and tips on how to take care of yourself, mentally and physically, during busy seasons. Participants will learn how to manage time and increase work-life balance.

Learning Outcomes:

Presenters:

Fredric Creamer, Well-Being senior program coordinator, UGA Human Resources
Fredric is a senior well-being program coordinator for faculty and staff, engaging the university community through the development and implementation of well-being-centric programming and resources. He believes in creating hubs of collaboration among faculty and staff, providing opportunities to explore well-being in holistic, creative and meaningful ways. He is a native of Athens, a lover of all things anime, and he enjoys community engagement, which allows him to establish meaningful points of connection with everyone he meets.
Kandace Faulkner, HR senior managing consultant, UGA Human Resources
Kandace has been employed by the University of Georgia since 1994, and University Human Resources since 2004. She has over 20 years of human resources experience, beginning as a senior accountant in benefits, later moving into a senior human resources managing consultant in July 2021. Kandace has counseled UGA employees and retirees on every aspect of benefits and retirement. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
