Conflict Resolution, Improving Communication Skills With Peers

This faciliatory-led discussion will help participants who work with different personalities, identify the best practices for addressing difficult conversations, and find productive ways to resolve conflict among peers.

Target Audience: PSO faculty and staff.

  • Understand how to approach a difficult situation or conversation.

Raye Rawls, senior public service associate, J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development
Raye’s focus is on mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as dialogue. She is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of Georgia who has mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases in government institutions, court systems, corporations, and with private parties.
